The Italian Supper Club is finally coming back in town! Saturday 3rd march 2012 we will eat:
Warm beetroot soup with mint and soured cream.
Home-made pate with onion marmalade and balsamic vinegar reduction.
Veggie option: grilled vegetables in olive oil and balsamic vinegar reduction.
Red wine risotto cake on parmesan fondue.
Veal involtini with parma ham and cheese, onion mini souffle and bloody orange and cognac jelly.
Veggie option: Sicilian style aubergine skewers with sultana and pine nuts + onion mini souffle and bloody orange and cognac jelly.
Roasted apple with sassello amaretto and zabaione (my mum’s recipe!!)
All cooked with love by Toto and managed by Chiara …and a lot of good wine perfectly served by Silvio! It will be a very funny (and tasty) night!
