Born in Milan (from an idea of Alessandro Rosso) but intended to expand into major metropolitan cities in the world, Town@House Street redefines the traditional concept of hospitality by disconnecting from the usual hotel stereotype of front desk, lobby, elevators, staircases and corridors. The rooms are made from abandoned commercial spaces, spread in the urban fabric.
Town@House Street is in intimate connection to the city. This idea of hospitality aims to exalt the pleasure of staying in a luxury suite in the heart of the city atmosphere. Designed to accommodate both leisure and business travellers, the PHS Suites (Permanent Hospitality Spaces) revitalise abandoned metropolitan retail spaces. This concept emerges for the urban scene, where empty and abandoned retail spaces are transformed into stylish suites.
Town@House Street is located in the residential area of Porta Venezia, one of Milan’s most affluent neighbourhoods. Within walking distance from the historical town centre and the headquarters of the world-famous fashion district Quadrilatero, Town@House Street offers a location to discover the city along with its wide variety of restaurants and bars.
