Love Hotels by Misty Keasler

The “Love Hotels” are a huge and strong japanese institution, they are so deeply rooted in the culture that there are almost 40,000 units. During 8 months Misty Keasler has taken pictures all around Japan, the result is a huge documentation about the sexual fantasy. Chronicle Books has published a monograph of photographs title Love Hotels: The hidden Fantasy Room of Japan.
